If our offer is accepted, we will deposit funds directly to your bank account. The funds will show on your balance within 2-3 working days. If our offer is rejected, we will return the items to you (charge applies). If you wish us to give you an estimate of value prior to sending your items, we will need for each item: photos of each piece including labels, measurements and a description of condition. We don't share your details with any other organisations or third parties. No sale will be made before both parties agree on the final offer.

We respond within five working days of receiving your inquiry form. If we accept your pieces, you'll be invited by a member of the team to agree final terms and ship the piece(s) for authentification before final publication on our site.

We currently accept items in Very Good, Excellent, Like New, and New with Tags condition. Some items graded Good may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept items graded Fair or Poor.
